Prof AQM Badruddoza Chowdhury President of Bikalpa Dhara Bangladesh urged Prime Minister not to include pro-ruling party officials and employees in the activities of the Election Commission, also in the voter list updating.

On a pre-iftar discussion at the auditorium of Central Kochi-Kachar Mela in the city’s Segun Bagicha, the former president Badruddoza said "Don’t include the ruling party-minded officials in the activities of the EC to ensure fair polls,"
The iftar party was organised by Bikalpa Swechhasebak Dhara .He also added there is no alternative other than accepting  caretaker government for a free and fair election.He also talked about EVM and standed against EvM and showed his doubt about election results manupulation through EVM .

Chaired by Swechhasebak Dhara president BM Nizam Uddin, the discussion was addressed, among others, by BDB secretary general Abdul Mannan, presidium member Dr Nurul Amin Bepari and vice-president Mohammad Yusuf.
